What we do, and what we do not do

What we do

1. We map every place your business depends on you. In writing, before we change anything. You see it on paper first.
2. We build and install at least one working system before we finish. Not a plan for one. A running one.
3. We write it down, so it keeps working after we are gone.
4. We measure before and after on the things we actually changed, and we show you both numbers.
5. We tell you which parts we are not touching, and why.

When it fits what you actually need, that includes setting up the tools that do the routine work. The things that answer, sort, schedule, follow up, and keep the record straight without you in the middle of them every day. It also includes keeping your presence current: your pages, your posts, and your listings, accurate and moving, without you having to push them every week.

What we will not promise

This part is the reason to trust the rest of it.

1. We do not promise revenue, leads, or rankings. We build the system that lets you run the business. The market decides the rest. If someone promises you growth, ask them what they will charge you when it does not arrive.
2. We do not promise the business runs without you. Some things should stay with the owner, because the owner is the only one who should be doing them. We will tell you which ones.
3. We do not promise balance as a feeling. Balance is not a mindset anyone installs. It is what is left over once the business stops running on your personal hours.
4. We do not promise speed. A system installed in a weekend is a system you undo in a month.
5. We will say no. If your problem is not a systems problem, we will tell you so and not take the work.

What is not our work

Some of these are things we could do and should not. Others are things you need from a licensed person.

• Your books, your taxes, your payroll and your benefits. We are not accountants or bookkeepers.
• Legal advice, contracts, or forming your entity. We are not attorneys.
• Investment and financial advice. That is licensed work, and we are not licensed for it.
• Hiring and firing. We design the role and define what it carries. You decide who fills it.
• Therapy, mental health, life coaching, or mindset coaching. Not our work, and not something we sell.
• Ongoing computer and IT support. We support the systems we built, for an agreed window. We are not your IT department.

If you need one of those, we will say plainly that it is not us, and tell you what to look for when you find the person who does it.
